You’ll receive an email and/or text message reminder 48 hours before your visit to my studio. You’ll need to confirm it so that I will know you’re still coming and can prepare for your arrival.

-CANCELLATION POLICY: NGB requires a 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged immediately. No-show or same-day cancellation/rescheduled reservations will be charged 100% of your scheduled service(s). No exceptions. Guests who do not show up will not be able to reschedule their reservation.

-HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: November 15, 2024 - December 31, 2024, NGB requires a four(4) day notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your reservation with less than four (4) days’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to $65 will be charged immediately. 

-COVID-19/SICKNESS/ILLNESS POLICY:
NGB reserves the right to refuse service to any person exhibiting any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, Flu, or any other life-threatening illness, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever, chills, body aches, shortness of breath, etc. If you are feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you reschedule your reservation in a timely manner.

-LATE POLICY: If you arrive late, your reservation may be canceled, and you may be charged a cancellation fee for the booked service(s). If you are late and NGB is willing and able to provide your services, you may forfeit one or more of your services in order to be done in time for the next guest. Text messages, social media DM's, or emails on the same day of your service are not acceptable.
